If for some reason the product received was not the one expected we will be happy to exchange it. Items must be unopened, unused and undamaged. Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Good Bird Inc, was damaged in transit or is defective, please contact Customer Service ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Damaged goods that were shipped by Good Bird Inc will be replaced at the expense of Good Bird Inc.
Non Receipt of Item
If for any reason a product ordered was not received, please contact email@example.com. We will do our best to track the item and make sure you receive your product(s)
Subscribers to Good Bird Magazine can cancel their order at any time. Full refunds will be provided if the subscriber has not yet received their first magazine in the order. Partial refunds are not provided for subscriptions. We will continue to supply the remaining magazines until the subscription expires. Upon expiration the subscription will be cancelled.
Delivery and Shipping Policy:
Good Bird Inc ships within the US and internationally either via the US Postal Service or UPS depending on the size of the order. We try to use the least expensive, but efficient shipping possible so that we can pass this savings onto our customers. Some merchandise may arrive in separate shipments depending on its shipping origin and availability. However we anticipate 7-10 days maximum for orders to be received in the US. International orders may take longer. Any questions in regard to a shipment can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
